UPDATE - DELIVERY

Dear customers, good day.

We greatly appreciate your orders and make a continuous effort to respond to your needs on request. First of all, we would like to thank you for being our customers and would like to keep you informed of the current situation.

We are currently experiencing a very high demand for our nylon collars and leashes and while this is a cause for great satisfaction, it is also one of the reasons for the delay in our deliveries. We are sparing no effort to increase production and speed up deliveries, but the fact remains that our delivery times are really not what we would like them to be. Current lead times are 2 to 4 weeks or more.

Therefore, for better order management, we suggest that you indicate directly on your purchase order if you agree to receive everything that can be delivered in a short period of time and then receive the course. Please specify. Another reason for delay is due to requests to modify, add or remove one or several items, which we have always done with pleasure in the past, but which, under the present circumstances makes it more difficult and may delay an order that is sometimes on the verge of leaving. Please take this into account.

Some of our suppliers are still experiencing delays, shortages of raw materials. The international delivery services are overloaded and the usual delivery times are much delayed creating a domino effect that affects our own production. This is unfortunately the new standard for many businesses.

All orders continue to be processed on the date of receipt, however, it would be a good idea to plan now for the holiday season. The sooner we have your orders in-house, the sooner we can process them and send them to you so that you, in turn, can serve your customers well.
